Ateliê Arte e Moda – Fernando Viana

Fernando Viana, a visual artist who brings together painting, upcycling and fashion, started with upcycling when he moved to London in 1998. He remembers collecting fabric samples and scrap from clothing factories to create his pieces, which he sold to the United States, Europe, Japan and Jeddah. In the 2023 edition of Arte de Portas Abertas, he presents a collection of bags made from long-life milk cartons and vacuum-packed coffee packaging.
